Booking policy
Clear terms before you book.
A simple policy keeps appointments protected while still giving clients a fair route to rearrange when enough notice is provided.
Deposits, changes & cancellations
All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you need to change your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to an alternative appointment or treatment, provided this is requested at least 5 working days before your scheduled appointment.
If less than 5 working days’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking.
If HN Skin Clinic needs to rearrange your appointment, your deposit will remain valid and will be transferred to your new appointment.
Final treatment suitability is confirmed during consultation. Where a treatment is not suitable following consultation, the clinic will advise on appropriate next steps.
